Others: Delivery for any size order of more than $1,400 the shipping is free for all destinations within the 48 continental States subject that delivery is made by a non equipped lift gate truck to a commercial site. For shipping to all other States or Countries, the shipping cost will be quoted separately and charged after customer approval.

For delivery to commercial site requiring an equipped lift gate truck, WKCV Inc. will charge an extra $95.

For residential delivery, WKCV Inc. will charge an additional $ 85, regardless of the order size..

Deliveries to residential homes is defined as Curbside Delivery. Which means that residential customers will have to make arrangements either to have help on hand or have the order delivered to any other suitable location. It is the customer liability to inform the carrier of the new location before scheduled delivery.

Residential customer or his/her representative must inspect the order before signing the shipping bill. The order form should be compared with the actual delivery. Any disparity should be noted on the Bill.

Each box should be inspected for damages and if damages are noticed, again it should be indicated on the shippers Bill.

In case of shipping damages or shipping shortage, Wholesale kitchen cabinets and Vanities must be informed immediately.

It is recommended to document any damages with digital pictures.

In case of concealed damages, damages that can not be observed at curbside, Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets and Vanities must be notify within five business days.

Returning an item due to fault of Customers.

In general, all sales are final. However, at our discretion only, we will accept to replace or refund an item mistakenly ordered. You will need a Return Authorization that will be provided by Wholesale kitchen Cabinets and Vanities. No return delivery will be accepted without this Return Authorization. Restocking fee and shipping charge will be indicated prior acceptance and issuance of said return.
